About Joel Ledbetter
Joel Ledbetter joined Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban in January 2023 to focus his practice on personal injury litigation. Born and raised in North Carolina, Joel received his Bachelor’s degree from UNC Chapel Hill in 1990, majoring in History with a concentration in British History, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1994.
Joel opened his own practice straight out of law school and represented people with various legal needs for over 25 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their Goldendoodle, Finley, and during hockey season, he and his wife will be watching, or attending, most Carolina Hurricanes games.
