Marc E. Darnell

Marc was born and raised in Newport News. After graduating high school from Hampton Roads Academy, he attended the College of William and Mary, then moved to the Midwest to attend law school at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He practiced first in the greater Cleveland area with a boutique litigation firm, then in the Chicagoland area with a large national firm. In 2007, Marc returned to his home, Virginia, where he has practiced ever since.

With over 15 years of practice experience in both large and small firms, located in both large and small cities, Marc has the knowledge and background to tackle a wide variety of personal injury cases. Whether the case involves a motor vehicle accident, product defect, medical malpractice, or other event resulting in bodily harm, Marc approaches each one similarly: focused strategy, coupled with goal-oriented action.
