Perry Schrader

Perry Schrader is a dedicated litigation attorney based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with extensive experience in personal injury, criminal defense, DUI defense and traffic offenses, domestic relations, and civil litigation. Known for his thorough preparation and strong advocacy, Perry works diligently to protect his clients’ rights and interests.

A Virginia Beach native, Perry earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island, where he earned dual degrees in economics and criminology and was a full scholarship athlete for the University’s Division I football team.

Throughout his career, Perry has handled a wide range of cases and has taken many to both bench and jury trials. His courtroom experience gives him a practical understanding of how to present cases effectively and advocate persuasively for his clients. Perry’s goal is always to guide clients through the legal process with professionalism and care, ensuring their rights are protected every step of the way.

Perry is an active member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in the federal courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

Outside of work, Perry enjoys going on long runs, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
