Suzanne McArdle

Suzanne McArdle joined Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban in February 2025, bringing with her several years of dedication to fighting for the rights of those injured by the carelessness of others. Suzanne attended Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2011 with a major in political science. In 2014, she received her law degree from Duquesne University, in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

She worked in the city of Pittsburgh for several years before moving to the Carolinas in 2017 and passing the North Carolina bar exam and becoming licensed in North Carolina in 2018. Suzanne has spent her entire career in North Carolina fighting to ensure that the injured have a fair fight against the giant insurance companies on the other side. She has handled personal injury cases from the very beginning, with the client’s first call with the attorney, and all the way up to a jury trial.

She is skilled in leveraging the facts of every individual case at each stage to ensure the best results for her clients. At Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban, Suzanne handles a mixture of both claims and litigation cases that go to court. Suzanne is married and has two young daughters. When not working hard for her clients, she enjoys exploring the beautiful Carolinas with her family.
