Local, regional, and nationally recognized Blues acts share the stage for a riveting and heartfelt tribute to the sights, sounds, and soul of the American experience. Local & national headliners have brought their intensity and knockout live performances to Virginia Beach. Talented performers, writers, singers and guitar players have appeared at the festival and enthralled Blues enthusiasts of all ages.
