Cecilia Santostefano
Cecilia Santostefano joined Marcari, Russotto, Spencer and Balaban in August of 2020. Prior to joining MRSB, Cecilia worked as an appellate litigator, representing hundreds of veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Cecilia earned her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 2015, with a minor in Sociology. She earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2018. That year, she also earned her Certificate of Advanced Study in National Security and Counterterrorism Law from the Institute of National Security and Counterterrorism. While in law school, Cecilia participated in the Veterans Legal Clinic and interned with the Veterans Legal Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School. She served as the Executive Director of the Veterans’ Issues and Support Initiative and Outreach Network (VISION) and the Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology.
In her free time, Cecilia enjoys traveling, trying new food, and spending time with her family and three cats.
