Iraq War Fund
The Iraq War Fund is a compensation pool created by several banks that have either pled guilty to criminal charges or have reached a settlement for deferred prosecution. U.S. Military service members & contractors harmed by Iranian-backed terrorist devices, such as: Improvised explosive devices (IED), Explosively formed penetrators (EFP), Rocket-propelled grenades (RPG), Improvised rocket-assisted munitions (IRAM), may have a personal injury cause of action against the banks who facilitated the attacks by laundering money for Iran.
