— Partner David Spencer at the Raleigh office of Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban recently helped a client reach an $890,000 settlement in a case involving a motor vehicle accident that took place while the plaintiff was driving on SR 1436, near Maxton, North Carolina. The plaintiff in this case was rear-ended while driving a work van, and the accident led to serious and permanent injuries.
