About Eric Schaefer
Eric Schaefer joined Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban in July of 2020 to advocate and fight for individuals in need of legal representation.
Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in 2009, studying music performance on the Double Bass. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Eric moved to Los Angeles, CA to attend law school at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating in 2012. After graduation, Eric was admitted to the California Bar in 2012, and practiced law in Los Angeles until relocating to Charlotte, NC with his family in 2018.
Eric has spent his entire legal career litigating cases, and has extensive experience handling difficult and complex matters all the way through trial, and if necessary, on appeal. Eric is a fierce advocate for his clients and prioritizes providing outstanding legal representation and client service. With Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban, Eric focuses on litigating personal injury cases, and is dedicated to obtaining the best possible outcome for his clients through settlement or at trial.
Eric is married and has one son. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping, hiking, playing music, traveling, and cheering for his hometown Cincinnati Reds.
