Kaitlyn B. Copeland


Kaitlyn’s passion for helping others led her to join Marcari, Russotto, Spencer, and Balaban. She strongly believes in zealously advocating for what is right in order to obtain the best outcome for her clients.

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina. She obtained a B.S. in Communication from East Carolina University and will always be a pirate at heart. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law graduating in the top quarter of her class.

While attending law school, Kaitlyn was on the Dean’s Honor Roll, served as a student mentor, and was a member of the mock trial team. Kaitlyn received the honor of being admitted to The Order of the Barristers for her skills in trial advocacy.

While Kaitlyn primarily focuses her career in the area of personal injury she is well versed in the areas of family law, workers’ compensation, and social security disability. She believes in the value of building client relationships and taking the time to fully explain the law and claims process to each client she represents.

Outside of the practice of law, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
