Reflecting on the past 25 years and the journey of Marcari, Russotto, Spencer, and Balaban, I don’t think any of the partners could predict how much the firm would grow and develop over the years. The history between the partners is long and full of obstacles, triumphs, and perseverance. Don Marcari and David Russotto met in the Navy JAG Corp. Don was a JAG from 1985 to 1988, while David was a JAG from 1987 to 1991. Don joined a local law firm in August of 1994. A little over four months later, in 1995, David Spencer joined the same local law firm. In July 1996, David Russotto joined his old Navy buddies’ firm.

On February 26th, 2000, the local law firm became Marcari Russotto & Spencer. In May of 2003, Brad Balaban joined the firm, and a few short years later, Brad became a partner. In 2006 the firm became Marcari, Russotto, Spencer, and Balaban. The law firm has grown from 13 team members to 106 team members since its founding, and since then, MRSB has represented almost 36,000 clients.
